1. Get Set, Get Ready...
We need some info to help us, help you. The "data points" we need are simple, and take a few minutes to gather up. Click Here

2. Submit A Payment and Data
Once you have the data ready, just pay the BASIC ONE JOB fee ($450).
If you submitted more than one job, we'll give you a quote and decide how to proceed.
3. Data Review, and work, work, work...
We will contact you via phone to get to know your situation, the job you need reviewed and clarify any questions we have on the info submitted. After this, HRCE will get to work!
Final Analysis
HRCE will send you a final report to review. Then we'll have a call to discuss the details of the data and possible next steps.

Tell us about the job
If there's an existing job description, send it to us. We need this information for our analysis:
- job title
- main duties
- education and experience required
- reporting relationships
Your Co and its competitors
In our analysis, we need to know some basics about your company:
- industry
- size
- location (s)
And we want to know who you compete with in the various locations for the talent needed for the job we are reviewing. This helps us to ensure that we are looking at the market data points that will be best for your specific situation.
Basic employee data
We need some NON-IDENTIFYING employee data. No names are required. We do need:
- job titles
- current pay
- some other tidbits of information that will help us with this analysis
