- set up your project file
- get to know your company, industry and locations
- pull preliminary data and matches for Katie to review
- send you the Market Match Report to confirm
- work with Katie to pull together the Market Analysis Report

Katie offers you over 20 years of compensation experience and will:
- answer the question: 'is my pay competitive?'
- provide you with ideas and solutions to address recruitment / pay / retention challenges for a particular job
- share information in a way that is easy to understand and explain (based on sound compensation techniques - customized for your situation)
Jason is our IT guy, the one who makes software work like magic, and for you he will:
- ensure your information gets to us securely and remains secure
- serve as the secondary Data Analyst
- review specific jobs and industries
